The RingManagers uses:

Gunnar's Ringlink cgi, This cgi script provides the tools we need to run the RingManagers Ring, i.e. a system of links between websites of similar contents. The RingManagers Ring is now housed here at Daytaless.Com on its own independent cgi script. You will find that this ring will run much like it did with the original WebRing system. Personal ring codes, edit site info, e-mail passwords, edit site info, etc... I use the WebRing Logo because that is where the ring concept started for me and The RingManagers was a part of from the beginning.

This script has the capacity to creat new rings as well. At this time this option is disabled. In time I hope to open this option up to allow others to have their rings hosted here at Daytaless.Com
